Typical objectives can be to escape from the room or enclosure or obtain a series of data. How long is the game?

What happens if we are late?
It is essential to be punctual. You can arrive a few minutes before the start, but never arrive with more than 15 minutes of delay. Is it possible that you do not let us play?

What happens if a player wants to leave the game?
Depending on the situation: if that person wants to give up the game he must leave the room so that the rest of the team can continue the game; If the person who leaves is indisposed, he must be accompanied by another person from the team that can take care of him, the rest of his teammates can continue playing. Is it necessary to use physical force?

Payment Methods
Escape Room Finestrat accepts payments by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard) and with PayPal. We use secure payment systems to protect the security of payment by credit or debit card. The confidential data of the payment is transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL). Can I pay cash?
If any problem / error occurs with the Web due to external causes and does not allow payment with another of the permitted systems, the cash payment may be made on the day of the game before the start of the game. I need an invoice, how do I dispose of it?

How much time do I have to cancel a reservation?

How do I cancel a reservation?
